Shipping

All products are made to order. Orders are processed and shipped using standard delivery services.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the number of items in the order. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, carrier delays, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply to their order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the delivery carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, failed delivery or other issues caused by the carrier, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, we will reasonably assist customers in contacting the carrier and resolving delivery-related issues. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the law.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customer_chaoticrooh@outlook.com  with the subject “Return Request” within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging. These conditions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide the return instructions and return address. Do not send an item to any address without receiving confirmation from us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred during the return shipment are also the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. We may wait until the item has been received before issuing the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to product availability and applicable consumer law.

Exchanges are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Additional shipping costs may also apply when sending the replacement item.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at customer_chaoticrooh@outlook.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
